Cancellation Policy – Villa Columba
At Villa Columba, we strive to offer an unforgettable experience for all our guests. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may lead to changes in your travel plans. To maintain transparency and fairness, we have outlined the following cancellation policy:
- Full Refund – Up to 60 Days Before Arrival
Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a full refund of the amount paid. We encourage early cancellations if necessary to ensure minimal inconvenience.
- Partial Refund – Up to 30 Days Before Arrival
For cancellations made between 30 and 60 days before arrival, a 50% refund will be issued. This policy allows us to manage booking schedules effectively while also accommodating guests as much as possible.
- No Refund – Within 30 Days of Arrival
Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. This is due to the difficulty of rebooking the property on short notice and the commitment required to ensure every guest has a unique and personalized experience.
